Smoked Duck Breast
I had the smoked duck breast with the garlic mashed potatoes and zucchini. Tell me why I started seeing stars and heaven when I took a bite of not the duck breast, but a simple bite of the zucchini and garlic mashed potatoes. Once I took a bite of all three together? I was done for. Only thing holding me down was gravity and the table. This meal was not just a meal, but an experience. And not once did it disappoint. I didn't know I liked zucchini until now. They surprised me!!
